Animax India has been Removed From Sony Liv App Today. This is a Sad Day For The Indian Anime Fans..

After being removed from the Television Platform in 2017. Animax India pushed itself on a Digital Platform Called “Sony Liv”

But Today, The Despair for Indian Anime Fans went a Bar Higher, When Even Sony Liv gave up on Animax..

Sony Liv is an Official Streaming Application for The huge Sony Entertainment Network. All the Shows or Movies that Sony Telecasts on Television are also simultaneously Shown on Sony Liv App.

Animax India was also a Part of Sony Entertainment Network. It Played Japanese Anime 24/7 on Indian Television. It was one of the Major Reasons in hike of Anime’s Popularity in India

But Sadly, Anime’s Popularity in India is not even a Fraction Compared to other Commercial Home Content that Sony Produces and Telecasts on its Other Channels.

In 2017, Sony accepted Animax as a failure among Indian Audience and pushed it to A Digital Platform “Sony Liv”

It was Available in The “Kids” Section of the app And After thriving for 3 Years there, Today (8th May 2020) It eventually died off.

Animax India is no longer Available on Sony Liv App. Animax India has been Removed From Sony Liv App. It has become a Sad Memory for Us, The Indian Anime Fans…
