this is a braindead question and it shows why anime discussion has devolved into just people arguing who is stronger for no reason or motive. Because tf you mean how powerful the idea of evil is? Its the core of the story! its the god of the universe, the source of causality. Everything that has happened, is happening and will happen happens because of it, every soul goes to it, and every life comes from it. The idea of Evil is a conceptual cosmic being, it is a thought, a concept, it cannot be fought or defeated and berserk on itself may be about the futility of trying exactly that, The Idea of Evil is not an action figure that you can mash against your goku doll, it is the true, purest definition of what a god is.

Power-wise? All-powerful and weak at the same time. In the world of Berserk, "The Idea of Evil" is the entity responsible for causality, shaping the destinies of every living being from birth to death. It is the culmination of humanity’s collective need for meaning and reasoning, deeply ingrained in the human condition and its outcomes. On one hand, it controls causality, dictating the flow of time and events in the world, making it immensely powerful. However, it is only an idea—non-physical and incapable of directly harming anyone. Its power lies in its influence rather than any tangible force. Guts' struggle against causality is a central theme, and while he resists its influence, it’s difficult to say whether even his rebellion is part of the destiny woven by "The Idea of Evil." The entity exists as long as humanity seeks meaning. If humanity ever stopped seeking reason, "The Idea of Evil" would cease to exist.

It's a God so probably pretty damn strong. I could imagine it'd defeat The Godhand. Then again, I haven't read the chap in a min.
