aside from villains like griffith and others from other manga series, which one is actually like real damn evil to the point where they even enjoy killing I'd say, Wyald from berserk. Not only was he a good villain and had importance in the series' plot, but also had a badass motto which i guess people found gross by the way he did things and what he did. his motto being "make it fun, make it stimulating" Zamn!

Wyald is like 1000 more times evil than Griffith. It makes him look good in comparison. From manga? That tentacle dick from DDD legitimally was peak power hungry totalitarian. "What's mine is mine. What's your is mine!" sounds childish but coming from a giant kaiju dragon about to bring 1 million alien ships to earth all because he wanted to keep torturing the last child of a race he genocided hits hard.
