Space brothers and ROT are both under a thousand but I'd argue they're both top 10 manga. I know it's not 150 but barely anybody knows them so I recommend them.
Also Monster X Monster, the artist is so goated
Golem Hearts feels like it was gonna be the next big thing, sadly it never picked up the traction it deserved...
Closest I can do is Snowball Earth at 400
Stellar Friends, Night Light Hounds, Astro Baby, Bug Ego. Not necessarily U150 but those new series piqued my interest.
