Why are we not allowed to request hentais?

I have a few favorites that I've loved and want to reread them and put them on my 3x3 xD, And there is actually many hentais on weebcentral, so why are we not allowed to request hentai?

          I know of TWO hentai series here. In page with 7000+ series. So it's obvious this is not hentai focused. Want hentai? Go back to nh.
