There's no problem with simply finding new series to be more appealing. Especially when it comes to art and stories, some people just like modern trends way more. But there is a problem with condemning decades worth of work just because they're old. While yes, the series you've called out do have flaws, (even though most of them are about extremely opinion based topics; i.e. humor and fanservice) so does every other series. And the way you only call out a few series for specific flaws makes it sound like they're the only old series you've read. Rather than grouping and judging works based on their recency or age, why not look at each of them individually and evaluate them based on their own merit? And let's be so for real bro, One Piece isn't long enough, lol.
