They sold naruto mangas at my school book fair sometimes.
I watched Bleach and wanted to know what happened after the anime ends so I searched and found the manga. I then managed to read a bit of the final arc weekly, definitely a good memory.
My sister bought 1-2 naruto mangas when I was 11-13 and later the whole box of death note
when I was around 8 I went to the library I found the manga section and saw Toradora. I was amazed that anime could come in book form (genuinely blew my dumb child mind) but the selection was small so I mainly just reread the same stuff. I did have a webtoon phase when I was like 12. but, I only really got into manga again very recently
Its been so long that i dont remember how i started reading, i think i wanted to continue some random ass anime that was on break and hopped on its manga, started on Kissmanga till it shut down then moved to manga4life. RIP goated sites
a friend told me about anime and i watched it and now i know more bout manga then he does
~10 years ago I used to spend entire days in libraries. Eventually I started reading manga there and binged every classic. Now that mangas are a lot more popular it's difficult to find complete series in libraries so I read online.
started by reading some random ass webtoons in the app. then slowly started reading manga, and found out about mangasee, and the rest is history
