There are so many it would take you 30 years. For the romance: ah! My goddess, sankarea. For the fun: baka to test. MMM! Yuusha ga shinda! For the shounen kind: history's strongest disciple kenichi. About ghosts: dark gathering About mystery: gosick. About ecchi: to love ru. For the fan base: all the fate series. Fate stay night, etc. It has tons of different kinds of genres packed together. For the plot: hunterxhunter, Tower of God, idaten deities, welcome... iruma kun, For the memes: the jojo series and one punch man. There are many more.

          xxxHolic is my current favorite I don't know if I would recommend it though since reading tsubasa beforehand is better

              Immensely enjoyed Feng Shen Ji when I read it a few years ago. I can imagine I would find more imperfections but also more things to appreciate if I read it today. Regardless, its been in my top 5 forever
