id rather read the goddamn manga(which i already have) then read this long ass paragraph
Pansuto is a smut highschool fantasy manga that primarily follows the sexual fantasy of Daichi Kodama, 15; the insecurities of Akari Ibuki, 15; and femme fatale Kaguya Shizuku. As a smut high-school boy fantasy story, it's very titillating and well-paced. Male student Daichi, the main character, unexpectedly gets into a relationship with his school nurse Kaguya, who's frequently considered his mom when they're in public. He doesn't see her in that light of course, because she's the object of his nighttime gooning sessions. While Daichi focuses on breaking down the walls between himself and his beloved Shizuku sensei, female student Akari starts becoming self conscious about things like her sexual appearance and getting Daichi, her childhood friend, to notice her sexually. Daichi is obsessed with Shizuku sensei's pantyhose stockings, but not because they're pantyhose, but because she’s worn them all day. He gets hard when she allows him to touch or feel them, especially when she's wearing them. Shizuku sensei is very surprised that there was actually a student, no even a man, who would actually look hee way given her age. So, she doesn't try at all to stop Daichi, her underage pursuer, from gooning to her, and even allowing his late-night calls where he can listen to her sultry voice. Pansuto might appear as an innocuous male student fantasy, but it's deeply disturbing no matter how you look at it. A story about a misguided adolescent boy who doesn't have any romantic interest in his peers or classmates, except for the school nurse who is old enough to be his mom? Worse yet, she doesn't try to stop it from spiraling into a full-blown predatory dynamic? Because she's preoccupied with huge dopamine hits from still being able to move the opposite sex in such ways? Pansuto is definitely never getting an anime adaptation, I'll tell you that much. As a story, there's hardly any growth for the main character Daichi and the story leans into his growing obsession with Shizuku, and blocks out anything that is even remotely tied to the life of a high schooler. No academics like studying or even tests, his parents are conveniently never in any scenes, and Akari just walks into his room at any time, even when he's changing and still in the nude. It's not even the slightest bit realistic, nor tries to be. I mean, an innocent looking high school nurse that grooms a horn little boy and starts to develop predatory obsession over him, laced with maternal concern and attention that doesn't get any weirder? Really? She just gives him a blow job when he's asleep, nbd. It's not realistic and there's hardly any growth for either of the 3. As a story, it's lacking and straight up garbage, no debate. As a smut though, it's really good. Shizuku is extremely tantalizing and her calmness, masked as emotional stability and maturity, makes her even more attractive and a complete opposite to the hyper-extroverted Daichi. Nevertheless, there are some unanswered questions this “story” raises, like why Akari and Shizuku look so much alike? Is Daichi's sensei actually his imagination of sexual fantasies with a “maturer” Akari? Is Shizuku a predator, even if she wasn't actually trying to ensnare little boys? Are Akari and Daichi's lives good for youngsters, where they are hardly supervised and are preoccupied with all manner of adult things instead of academics? Is the view that young boys start part time jobs as mere opportunities to pay for their troubling hobbies a good thing? These are the kinds of questions I couldn’t find an answer to after reading this ecchi manga. Titillating aside, it's a morally conflicting read that might glamorize adult sexual predatory behavior, even if it were directed at consenting, heck eager little horndogs in high school.
