Don’t do artschool tho. Look for an animation college. In artschool you will focus on something entirely else and not animation plus in animation college it is highly likely that you have teachers that have worked in great studios. For example one of mine worked at Pixar. Another one for Overwatch and so on. If there is not Animation college find a film school because you need to be able to apply the laws of films and so on to animations. If that is not available either than try artschool plus maybe online workshop on animation.

Ok bru first of all practice animation. I am in an animation school and after 3 years there is still so much to learn. When you are good or decent make a portfolio and go freelancer or try to find a studio. But at first practice practice practice, learn rhe basic principles of animation if you wanna go 2d learn anatomy, perspective and figure drawing if you go 3d try to learn at least a bit of moddeling, texturing and rigging. If you got that and a decent portfolio + posting on X/Insta/Tt/Youtube its just a question of time until u get a job

yeah i'd say to to art school, try to learn modeling and 3d animation if you can try to build an animation reel and stuff try to get a j*b counselor or someone that works in the medium to try to understand more stuff if you go to art school you could probably ask someone for advice there i'm not super informed on the topic though, so this is just pretty basic advice

You should take the art school. You might still end up learn almost everything yourself there, but you'll meet a lot of ppl that might help you reach your dream career (assuming you touch grass and actively socializing with everyone).
