it's easy to go for things that already have a "politically correct" answer (e.g. 1, 8, 10, 12, 14, 15, 17, 18) as preaching to the choir tends to make the choir like you. if you want the title to be appealing make sure to point to a definitive extreme (e.g. for 14: "Climate Change: Humanity's Selfishness Given Form" obviously you should workshop this because that title's kinda ass but you get what i mean) if you get a shit grade for a paper that says "climate change is bad and could kill us all" that doesn't reflect kindly on the grader's beliefs (unless you barfed horseshit the entire essay in which case please at least try) but i'd wager a guess it has a much greater impact if you select a more taboo subject like slavery and racism; not hard to persuade somebody that believes the same things as you
