How far the general chat has fallen. No, before you ask, this is not a complaint. It's a theory. Posts are being written and created everyday, but I had a revelation. Perhaps a lot of the posts you see everyday are illusions. 8 months ago, I had a dream. A world in which we all stood together; our strong community toughened with each post. A world where productive posting was our culture, and a clean, intellectually intriguing pool of posts was evermore. We could discuss, we could encourage. We could learn. I posted accordingly, and was met with mockery. I was revolutionary, but too advanced for the time. Now, as I lay in the grass today. A graveyard of ennui. Nothing to speak for itself. Nobody to change the world. What kind of place is this? No, this is not the place I once spontaneously danced around, is it? Lifeless morgue. Listless posts. Robotic and automatic questions. Is it dead?
