Friend keeps nagging me to spend time with me.

I know this girl who pretends to be a guy online, she draws a lot of loli porn. and since I also draw it casually and a lot of kids now a days hate it because they can't separate fiction from reality she tends to feel very ostracized from a lot of places. I think I'm one of the few human connections she has, so she tends be to clingy and wish to talk to me a lot on week ends and i normally don't mind, but I'm also a loner, I enjoy being alone and take my time on things. Talking to people in general, specially on calls can be very draining mentally to me, something I told her multiple times before. When I'm not interested in talking to her she nags and tries to brownbeat me in to talking to her by complaining constantly about literally everything I do and say, and she will only improve her mood if we talk. I'm patient towards her shit but sometimes is too much, I do feel bad since I did make her send me nudes and pictures with my internet handle written in several of her body parts, so is not like I'm without sin. still, wish she would take a hint and stop nagging me as much as she doing lately, it becomes harder for me to show as much patience as I would like.
