Mark is a bum through and through. I don't think anybody in their right mind would want to be Mark or Invincible. Hear it out like this. Some evil fucking demon transports you into Season 1 ep 1, Invincible. Your race is half alien and half super alien. You go to a lame ass public school even though your Dad is a superhero, aka rich, and some bully keeps pressing you and chin-checking your ass. Your only friend is a gay guy who fucks your ass in an alternate reality. You lived the past xx years waiting for your powers, and at some point, you think you're just disabled. You go clock in at McDonald's, and when you're taking out the trash, you realize you've got your powers, and you're not a disappointment. You finally quit the 9-5 and went home to tell your dad the good news. You tell your Dad and Mom the news, but your dad, for some reason, doesn't look all too happy. You ignore it because you're excited and dumb. A while later, the biggest hero group, the Guardian of the Globes, was squad wiped by a random intruder, and Omni-Man was injured. You were in shock but glad your dad is alright. A little time passed by, and your dad is teaching you how to use your power. He's a little rough, but it's alright because it's Dad. He gets you your superhero suit, and you pick a hero name. More time passes, and being a hero is not what you thought it would be. You're getting your ass touched in every fight, and your nickname is Hitable. You play it off as "you're still new to this." Even more time has passed, and you're fighting a big monster with your dad, some good father-son bonding. Everything was being handled until a mysterious figure knocked your father away and started attacking him with a fist full of rage. You, being washed instantly, started losing against the monster, but you could still see it was the Guardian of the globe member, immortal who was said to be dead. Omni-man easily took care of Immortal and then helped you out with the monster. By now, everything is coming together, but your feeble mind is refuting it. Then Omni-Man revealed everything that he was sent to earth to conquer it. You're upset, rightfully so, but then Omni-Man listed the pros of being subjugated, and it did sound like it would do good for the planet, plus he's your dad. You start thinking "Damm this nigga is spitting." until he said he loves your mom, but she's more like a pet to him( no slave master dynamic). You lose your shit and rock your dad, but Omni-Man is an elite warrior, so you go for the usual routine of getting your ass beat. He beat you through cities and used your own body as a wall to kill thousands+ of people. He slammed you against the mountain and started lecturing you while he rearranged your teeth. In the end, he dropped an iconic quote and left. All in all, bro, we don't want to be this nigga Mark. I feel like Mark should have more hate for Nolan. Like Nolan said, "What's 17 more years? I can always start again, make another kid." AND HE DID EXACTLY THAT! If I were Mark, I would've laid waste to Thraxa, bruh. But he was still on his goody goody two-shoes act. Unrelated fun fact I find all academy Manhwa funny. They are like this is the most prestigious school, top 5 on the continent, and only geniuses can enter, or the elite of the elites. Even if you're rich, your child can't get in if they're mediocre. The head master Lan A, Idil, the strongest, most talented magic user/fighter/nigga on the continent. Everybody who graduates from this school becomes an influential figure and then all the "geniuses" are the Power Rangers' hair color main cast. Every student else is ass. Then two days into the school year, the rank 1 in the school gets stabbed with 0 resistance outside his dormitory and the local crime syndicate is in and out of the academy like a school thot who thinks sex is the only way to feel "love." Then it's revealed that Head Master Lan A. Aidil's real name is Lying Ass Nigga All I Do Is Lie.
