I want to read Lord of the mysteries, but after a few sentences my brain drifts off to do something different So I try to read A mans man further, but same problem I open yt to see if something can hold my attention - sadly no So back to WC again but this time I want to read Shangri la frontier since I let it marinate for a year now, same problem again My adhd brain sucks sometimes
same i cant concentrate on a lotta stuff but when i work at my job i ez lock in its weird
I have the exact same problem and the bad thing is that I have a big family and I can’t find my peace anywhere. While reading or do anything else that u need to be focused try doing smth with ur arms like a toy for stress or smth maybe biting a pen would also help. I do it all the time. Tell me if it helps or if u use any other method I would like to know!
