i cant lie in this manga i can relate to the girl and how she views love or i think we are similar, we both have this unrealistic view on love that was shaped by the media we consumed and the people around us i view love as something that is pure that can never be wrong or evil, a feeling so pure that it cannot be tainted by anything, i blame watching so many romance animes at a young age and the music i listened to too i dont think these thoughts are wrong per say but applying them to other people is wrong, since not everyone is the same, we all come from wildly different backgrounds with different upbringings, it is definitely not good to force your beliefs and ideas on another person (a good portrayal of what forcing your ideas and beliefs on others and the consequences is the movie malice doll, you can even find it on youtube), and by doing this the girl hurt and mc and ive also hurt a person i cared about it was a horrible feeling i feel like love is not this one concrete idea that everybody can have but its something more fluid that changes from person to person (if this sounds interesting i recommend watching la piansta, it also explores the idea of what love is and how different people perceive it in different ways) what i dont like about what she did was victim blame the mc even after he was vulnerable with her, she repays that with coming up with these horrible ideas that he wasnt SAed but infact he was the one who initiated and that has hurt a person i cared for it really is hard to stop yourself from coming up with ideas about people and their intentions it really is even ive done it before but you have to remember you do not have the full picture and youll never know the true intentions behind any of their actions so please try your best to not judge them in anyway
i read like two arc of this manga the SA and SH one, id say it was good manga handling these topics.
