around 120 kilos for 5 reps. Thrust
Started seriously working out this year, around 70 ish kg and can 60kg for 8 as of current
I bench my ass outta bed
hit 75kg x2 at 70kg bw recently
Getting hit by a speeding motorcycle does things to your body.
500kg easily (Never been to gym ;)
Never tried. I already have problems with my body so i keep my workouts minimum💔
