The thing is: A butcher wouldn't really be able to transfer their skills to the apocalypse except for processing meat. The only real advantage would be arm strength. Butcher's sound sick, but they don't hunt the meat or anything. They focus entirely on the processing. All aura we like to think they'll have is imaginary. A mailman would be able to transfer more of their skills into the apocalypse, although also not that much.
